1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings: mattresses, shelves, and room decorations.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Mattresses (Flammability & Labeling):

  • DO NOT REMOVE THE LAW LABEL. Permanent law label contains required information per 16 CFR 1632/1633.

  • Use mattress on appropriate foundation (box spring, platform bed, or adjustable base).

  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

  • Do not use mattress if damaged or if law label is removed.

  • For bed-in-a-box mattresses, allow 24-48 hours to fully expand before sleeping.

For Shelves (Anti-Tip Safety):

  • ANCHOR TO WALL IMMEDIATELY AFTER ASSEMBLY. Use provided anti-tip devices.

  • Never open more than one drawer at a time (if applicable).

  • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

  • Do not allow children to climb on shelves.

  • Follow ASTM F3096 safety guidelines for furniture stability.

  • Failure to anchor can result in tipping, causing serious injury or death.

For Room Decorations:

  • Keep small decorative items away from children under 3 (choking hazard per 16 CFR § 1500.19).

  • Ensure wall art is securely mounted using appropriate hardware.

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

4. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, failure to anchor shelves, mattress flammability issues from misuse).

7. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
