1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1-3 business days. Shipping: 5-10 business days (contiguous US). Mattresses and large shelves may ship via freight with extended delivery times (7-20 business days). You'll receive tracking via email.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on weight/destination. Mattresses and large shelves have separate freight charges. Free standard shipping on orders over $[amount].

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. What types of mattresses do you offer?
We offer various mattress types – innerspring, memory foam, hybrid, and latex. All mattresses comply with 16 CFR Part 1632 (cigarette ignition resistance) and 16 CFR Part 1633 (open flame resistance) flammability standards. Each mattress bears a permanent law label with required information.

5. What types of shelves do you offer?
We offer wall-mounted, freestanding, and floating shelves. All shelves include anti-tip devices for units over 30 inches tall. Follow assembly instructions carefully and anchor to wall per ASTM F3096 safety standards.

6. What types of room decorations do you offer?
We offer wall art, decorative objects, vases, and other decor. Materials used are non-toxic and comply with CPSIA lead limits for children's room decor where applicable.

7. Are your mattresses safe?
Yes. All our mattresses comply with:

• 16 CFR Part 1632: Standard for the flammability of mattresses (cigarette ignition resistance).

• 16 CFR Part 1633: Standard for the flammability of mattress sets (open flame resistance).

• CPSIA: Lead content limits (<100 ppm) for accessible components.

• 16 CFR Part 1215: Requirements for mattress toppers where applicable.

Each mattress bears a permanent law label with manufacturer name, date of production, model number, and compliance statements.

8. Do shelves require assembly and anchoring?
Yes. All shelves over 30 inches tall must be anchored to the wall using provided anti-tip devices to prevent tipping, which can cause serious injury or death. Follow ASTM F3096 guidelines. Anchors are included; installation instructions are provided. Failure to anchor can result in property damage or personal injury.

9. How do I care for my mattress?

• Use a waterproof mattress protector.

• Rotate mattress every 3-6 months (if not one-sided).

• Do not remove law label.

• Allow 24-48 hours for expansion after unboxing (bed-in-a-box models).

• Vacuum surface occasionally.

10. How do I care for my shelf?

• Follow assembly instructions carefully.

• Anchor to wall immediately.

• Do not exceed weight capacity.

• Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.

• Check hardware periodically; tighten if loose.

11. How do I care for my room decoration?

• Dust with soft cloth.

• Avoid moisture and direct sunlight.
